Our Fairtrade certified organic miso has something unique. It is not pasteurized and comes packaged in a glass jar. Its fermentation, which lasts six months, continues at home. It's made from rice and soybeans grown by farmers who practice bioregenerative agriculture. This keeps the soil alive and preserves precious biodiversity. This condiment, typical of Japanese cuisine, is gluten-free, rich in protein, and a source of fiber. Its fat content is low. Use miso to enhance your soups, broths, sauces, and marinades.
