Kukicha, also known as 3-Year Tea, is a special Japanese tea made from the twigs and stems of the green tea plant (Camellia sinensis), aged for three years before roasting. How to Prepare Kukicha
Serving Size: 1 teaspoon of Kukicha per cup (250 ml)
Water temperature: 80ºC
Infusion time: 5 to 7 minutes
Suggestion: Can be enjoyed hot or cold. For an extra kick, combine with a pinch of ginger or a little honey.
