Organic St. John's Wort | 40g

St. John's wort, or St. John's wort, is traditionally used to treat depression and anxiety. It also has antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties.

How to prepare:

- Add 5g to 1 Liter of Boiling Water

- Wait 3 to 5 minutes and strain

Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
