How to Prepare the Infusion

• Serving Size: 1 teaspoon dried leaves and flowers per cup (250 ml)
• Water temperature: 90ºC
• Infusion time: 10 to 15 minutes
• Suggestion: Can be combined with ginger and honey for an even more comforting effect.

Conservation

Store in a dry, cool place away from light , preferably in an airtight jar to preserve the aroma and benefits.
