Organic Boldo | 30g

Boldo, or Chilean Boldo, is widely used as a traditional treatment for liver and stomach problems. It is also used as a draining agent (fluid retention) and to improve digestion.

How to prepare:

- Add 5g to 1 Liter of Boiling Water

- Wait 3 to 5 minutes and strain

Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
